Clearly, my recently-confirmed low levels of iron and vitamin D can be blamed entirely on my joyous discovery and subsequent over-consumption of these delicious (but not-so-nutritious) little nuggets during the summer moths.

I grew up singing in choirs. From grade 4 until grade 12, I sang in at least 2 choirs/year, and was in choir practice at least 3x/week. I sang in a large choir my second semester of Undergrad, and haven’t been back since.
